Our veteran artists have served thousands of faces, each of us with over a decade of experience working brush to face. Each of our backgrounds include experience in retail and fine arts. This foundation, in addition to esthetic training, allow us to be experts in any situation we find ourselves in.

Marie miclot
After graduating college in the spring of 2012, a random series of events led Marie to working at a MAC counter, where she learned the intricacies of makeup as an artistic medium.
While she specializes in (super)natural bridal, her favorite work is done with executives and entrepreneurs. She loves doing makeup for professional events like speaking engagements and photo opportunities. Her clients have been featured in publications such as the New York Times, CNN, Bloomberg and Forbes. Her number one goal with clients is to have them leave her chair feeling like they can take on the world. Marie is a regular contributor on KDKA’s lifestyle show, Talk Pittsburgh.
Marie does not believe in blush blindness.

Born in Nepal and raised in Pittsburgh, makeup has always been a part of Karma’s story. While working for Sephora, Karma fostered a wealth of knowledge regarding application, color theory, and product formulation. This makes him the perfect shopping companion- not only are his product recommendations top tier, he can show you how to use your tools like a pro.
Karma’s unyielding dedication to precision makes him an ideal makeup artist- there is no lash left uncurled and the blend is always flawless. Brides consistently report that they cry when it’s time to wash their faces at the end of the night- the look is always too good. He is our go-to for high fashion editorial looks, consistently executing the brief with a keen aesthetic eye.
Karma is also a licensed esthetician (skin god).
Lead Artist
After 13 years in the game, Dessa has truly mastered the art of ethereal, hyperfeminine beauty looks. Specializing in soft glam that teeters into otherworldly, Dessa creates romantic, elegant looks for anyone who wants to appear like they are radiating a soft glow from the inside out :)
Dessa also has many years of experience with set work for international brands and is well-versed in commercial work. She is available for basic grooming for both advertising and corporate work, prepared for both photo and video.
she is also our resident celebrity stylist, having worked with many high profile clients. If you’re a celebrity or are just trying to look like one- Dessa is your girl.
